How to size text to fill available space automatically?

I have a LOT of text (640 words spoken in 4 minutes), and I want to overlay the entire screen with sections of the text. Pretty much the transcript of what's spoken.

Is there a way to automatically space and center the text that I provide?

I don't need the animation (I will do blur in word by word) but I want the text to fill up the space available, and space each line accordingly.
