Need AE Version 16.1.3 to work with Gmetrix testing

Hello,

I'm hoping to someone can point me towards a legitimate (From Adobe) download link for After Effects version 16.1.3. This is the only version that will work for Gmetrix testing, something my college provides students. The last version I can get from CC is 17.7.
