Is it possible to include pathes in the MORGT properties? Let's say a line from (x1,y1) to (x2,y2)

A simple line could be created using the Beam effect and that already has proper expression controls that can be published in MORGTs. No point to make it more complicated than that. Otherwise of course there may be ways to rig this with convoluted mask expressions and additional stuff, but to be honest that seems rather pointless. If your requirements are that complex, then it's not for a MOGRT to begin with and you should work natively in AE. That and of course due to limitations in the process as a whole the expressions may not even evaluate correctly/ not evaluate at all and thus you'd end up creating a complicated setup that's useless and won't work in teh way you may have intended. It might make more sense to take a step back and reconsider your approach.

In the section about "Data-driven Animation" of my free eBook Motion Graphics in After Effects that Speaks to Your Brain I explain how to link an entire line graph to spreadsheet data from a MOGRT. You could use the same technique to link any line (with arbitrarily many points) to either a spreadsheet or individual point controls (by adding the positions of null layers to the MOGRT).

Very cool about this technique is that it even supports curved lines:
