Hello,
I am currently having an issue with my After Effects in which image boxes appear smaller than the actual image and slightly offset and also when previewing, the preview box shrinks and only shows the top left corner of the composition.
I am unsure what has caused this problem as it happened whilst I was using the software.
To give more information, I was placing pins on an image and suddenly the size of the image box and the pins shifted position and because about 1/4 the size of the actual image:
As you can see, the pins match the right hand side of the image, but has shrunk to about a quarter of the size and shifted above the actual image.
This has now happened to all images and comps in all projects.

It only happens when uses pins of the Puppet Tool?

It started when I was using the puppet tool, but now it happens to all layers and all projects whether they have a puppet tool pin or not.
I have cleared my cache the problem still persists.

Try reseting the Ae preferences:
Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching After Effects. You can release the Alt orOption key when the splash screen appears.
To reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Control-Shift-Alt (Windows) or Command-Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Release the keys when the splash screen appears.

Unfortunately, that did not fix the issue, however I just reverted back to a previous version of After Effects and it seems to have solved it! Lets hope it doesnt do it again.
Thank you very much for your help!
