I think you can achieve this effect combining line animation via trim paths modifer over a shape layer and the CC Sphere effect under the Perspective Category.

  1. Create a comp with all of your artwork in a canvas that is twice as wide as it is tall and at least as tall as your comp
  2. Drag that comp into your master comp and apply CC Sphere
  3. Animate the sphere

The CC Sphere Filter lets you to rotate the sphere in XYZ axis so you can create the perspective you need.

Perspective is controlled by the camera position. CC Sphere has it's own camera so the way you control perspective is by adjusting the size of the sphere and the X, Y position or offset. The pre-comp you make with your animated liens is mapped to the inside, outside or both sides of the sphere. Anything you put in the pre-comp is going have perspective. I hope this helps. Just animate the lines in the pre-comp and then adjust the size to get the image you want.
