Script error on installation 'Unable to execute script at line 6. null is not an object'

Hi all!

When attempting to open Connect Layers PRO script on AE 17.5.0 // Mac OS X 10.15.5,

I get the error message, 'Unable to execute script at line 6. null is not an object' 

This is the second script I've tried which gives me this error message. 

The Connect Layers PRO info states that it's compatible for AE 2020. 

Any help would be very much appriciated!
