Hello!
I have encountered a rather strange issue. When I am rendering or previewing a heavy scene in After Effects (more than 4 plugins) my PC makes a noise. But this noise is heard from my speakers and not from my PC, which means it's not the Graphics Card or the Hard drive which are struggling to render the scene. It's not the fans either.
Do you happen to know what might this issue be?
I have a rather good PC setup...
- Intel i9 8core (16 thread) processor
- 64GB of RAM
- GeForce GTI 1070 (8GB) Graphics Card
- Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Thank you,
Yiannis.

Do you have audio in your comp? If so, it's not playing back in real-time. Some people find this helpful and other people don't, so if this is the case, you can disable audio playback that's no in real-time from the preferences.
Preferences > Previews > Mute Audio When Preview Is Not Real-Time
