(URGENT) ae 19/18 run as a background process but doesn't want to start

please I need urgent help because I've got stuff to do with ae

in the past few weeks I got this problem, ae 18/19 is running but stuck as a background process,

ram usage stuck at a certain amount and cpu + disk usage go down to 0 things I did to try and fix it:

reinstalling over and over

complete uninstall

run as an admin

run as windows 7/8 compatibility

trying portable editions

nothing worked, if you have any solutions please write it down in the comments, thanks alotTaskmgr_2019-01-23_19-59-33.png

What OS version do you use? Have you tried to update the graphic driver? How many memories do you carry?

Hello,

Can you try to launch After Effects, using the command line as admin?

1. You open Command promt application.

2. You type C:\Program Files\Adobe\After Effects CC 2019\Support Files and hit Enter key.

3. You type AfterFX.exe and hit Enter key.

Does Command promt tell you any comments?

Is After Effects launched after you type in the command? If not, would you try to open the command prompt as adminnistrator privilege?
