What is the best graphics card for After Effects CC 2020?

For speed up the preview? I use particular a lot and sometimes lots of layers, 3 seconds lasts 20 minutes to preview in 4k, is there any good graphic card in the actual era to speed it up? I have a Nvidia GTX 1650 right now.

I Don't think if you will upgrade your Graphic card you will get that much difference, because AE isn't a GPU software like the 3D app where the GPU makes that much difference, the CPU in AE can make difference definitely, for example, you may notice a big difference between i5 and i7 and i9 processor also ram capacity can help.
