Does anyone know what's the name of the effect in this video? The effect I'm referring to is like the page is blinking a little bit and everything in the image wiggles a bit. It's especially obvious at the beginning of the video of the logo scene.
Looks to me like an adjustment layer above the artwork with two "Turbulent Displace" effects applied (one large and one small). These would both have their "Evolution" parameters animated over time.
Edit: Actually, on second look, the stars in the background aren't being affected, so unless the artwork is pre-comped onto the star background with the Turbulent Displace already applied, this may have been done with a "Wiggle Paths" animator added to each shape object.
