It is not an error but a warning. This is because your project is configured as 32bpc, but thoses effects will be processed as 8 or 16bpc. Anyway, if you want to avoid this warning, change your project to 16bpc. You can do it in 2 ways:

1.- In your Project panel, ALT/OPTION+CLICK over the 32bpc button

2.- Go to File > Project Settings. Under the Color tab, set the Depth to 16bpc.
