If you look at the screenshot you sent, you will notice that there is no Tab identifying what's on the right side. So somehow, the right side is empty of any of the potential Panels to display something.
Bridge has up to three regions to contain panels: left, middle, and right. You have several on the left and nothing on the right. Please try selecting several of the Workspaces available and see what you get.
Let me add that on the left side you have two Panels that would help you but they are being overlapped by the Folder Panel. The Contenido Panel shows the contents of a folder while the Previsualizar shows you a larger view (if available) for an image that is selected in the Contenido Panel.
But again, what you need to do is to try various of the Workspaces and see which ones might be more helpful to you. Also be aware that you can increase/decrease the width of a Panel region as well as move Panels from one region to another.
