Is it possible to format text (strikethrough)

I need the option of placing a strikethrough specific lines of text.

Does CP8 have that functionality?

No, Captivate is pretty limited for text styles, probably because it is an eLearning tool and this is more something that is wanted in desktop publishing applications. You can always launch a feature request. Captivate has no character styles neither.

That is pretty limiting as much of the information we teach contains procedures and actions that contain onscreen text with strikethroughs to show the option is not available.
