Locate Product key of Captivate 9 in Windows

Hi,

I forgot my Serial key installed in my windows PC and where I could find it in my Windows PC? I need to transfer the serial in my other PC. Thanks!

Belarc Advisor will list serial numbers of many installed apps. I'm not at my PC at the moment, so I can't check if Captivate is included, but it's a good app regardless.

    If you have entered the serial number and used your Adobe login information with your product the serial number can be found when you log into Adobe.com.

    1. Click on Manage account
    2. enter your Adobe ID information and click SIGN IN
    3. Click on the View all button
    4. Click on View your products

    ... and you should get something like this...

        Listen, you have given me a hard time over my answers not being clear or detailed enough, don't get upset or angry when I provided more detail to ensure the OP went to the correct screen. 

        I also thought the OP may have misunderstood what you meant by register. If the OP was hoping to extract the serial number from Windows (which I would never encourage), they would have had to register their product by entering their serial number and their Adobe ID.

        If you registered the product on the Adobe site, you can access the serial number easily. Go to My Account in the welcome screen when you log in. Look for 'My Products'.

        Havent registered it yet in my account. No products listed. Any other way to get the key like regedit or folders etc. Thanks! Lilybiri​
