I've run into a snag with Adobe Character Animator that's got me stumped. I'm getting this internal error code: (457558034:248+18) attempt to index a nil value. Now, I can't even open the program. 😕😕
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any help would be much appreciated!
That error points to code that suggests the project Character Animator is opening is malformed somehow.
If you hold option (on Mac) or alt (on Windows) as it launches, it will create a new project instead. Does that get past the error? If it does and you could zip up and send me the project that was failing to open, I'd be curious to inspect it and try to figure out what went wrong.
