I am unable to access or use any of my apps without signing in. When I sgin in, it goes through and then immediately asks me to login again. This is the prompt I get. I have tried restarting, I have tried resetting password, I have tried 'repairing' the creative cloud app. I am not sure what to do. I even tried this process from another post and it did not work.

"Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it.

Enable user library: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html.

Launch CC desktop and try to sign in."

I also tried renaming the OOBE folder to OOBE_old and that did not work. I am desperate to have this issue fixed as I will not be able to work without it being resolved. Thank you for any help on the issue!

follow the steps here to resolve the cc sign in/out loop -  https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.html

I am using a company provided laptop/adobe plan. I am running on '2019 or later version' and my first resolution is to uninstall and reinstall. But when I go to uninstall creative cloud, it prompts me with this:

So if I go to my other apps and try and uninstall them, it forces me to sign in to creative cloud to uninstall photoshop for example. Which I cannot login to uninstall it.

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.
