I keep having the same issue after uploading a file to the Creative Cloud. I click on 'Get Link' so that I can send the link out for download. However, when clicking on the link the end users get the error "Something went wrong" Screen shot below of what is happening. I can't find any solutions and am hoping someone can help. Thanks!

Hi there,

 

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind telling us how are you uploading the file? Since when have you been seeing this issue? How many users are unable to open the link? Which operating system are they using? Did you use any special characters, for example "#" and you do have them on all file names. We're here to help, just need some info.
