adobe digital help?

I have installed and re-installed Adobe Digital 5 times today and every time I try to launch, it shows the "Adobe Digital has stopped working-Windows is checking for solution"  I am using windows 10 and unable to run either 3.0 or 4.5.  What am I am doing wrong?
