Abo angeblich abgelaufen trotz monatlicher Bezahlung!!!

Habe mir vor 2 Monaten die Creativ Cloud geladen mit dem Paket Photoshop und Lightroom!

Jetzt komme ich garnicht mehr rein oder bekomme nichts mehr geöffnet.Die Aktualisierung zeigt eine Fehlermeldung auf,wo mir gesagt wird das mein Abo agbelaufen sei(ich bezahle doch dafür)???????............Habe diese nun versucht zu verlängern und es kam die Meldung das das Abo sofort genutzt werden kann und man den Betrag vom Konto abbucht!!!Wenn ich doch das komplett Paket gekauft habe wie kann es sein das mein Abo nach 2 Monaten abgelaufen ist und jetzt rein garnichts mehr funktioniert????? Geld immer pünktlich abgegangen!!!!Photoshop Aktualisierung wird immer unterbrochen mit der Meldung das ich in mein Creativ Cloud Konto soll um dies zu verlängern oder zu aktualisieren!!!!Habe ich vor Stunden schon getan.....es geht nichts mehr.....:-)

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Some general information for a Cloud subscription

    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

    Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?
