Hi. I need to cancel my monthly subscription to adobe illustrator since I am not going to use it anymore. I hace tried entering into my account but I do not get the option to cancel it. I have also tried contacting the customer service but I haven't had any luck either. I am in Colombia, South America and I do not know what to do or whom to contact in order to cancel my illustration subscription. Can anyone here help me? please
