Cant download apps from creative cloud cause storage is full but its not

Hi on my other account am trying to download photoshop and after effects but it only gets to 15% before prompting error code 120 when i check it says my storage  is full but its not. I have change my storage before trying to downloading any of  the apps but still prompts me with message.

Hi @Epic5C49,

Your primary drive needs plenty of empty space to download and extract files.  Evidently, you don't have enough empty space on your primary (C ) drive.  Until you free up some space by moving work files to externals, uninstalling non-essential software, etc.. you will not able to install PS and AE.

 

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.  Keep in mind, that these are only bas

Check each one.  Keep in mind, that these are only baseline requirements.  Depending on your project size and workflow, you may need considerably more than this for scratch disk and processing.
