CS5 download and serial number issue [Have upgrade serial number. Unable to locate qualifying product serial number]

I need to download my CS5 Design Premium again. It will accept the serial number from my Adobe account, but then brings up the following screen. I don't know if I have the serial number from a previous product anymore. It was CS3 (not sure about the exact version). It is not listed in my Adobe account either. Any help greatly appreciated.
