Downgraded from Mojave to High Sierra, Now I Can't Reinstall Photoshop CC

Basically I upgraded to Mac Mojave, then quickly realized my sketch tablet wasn't working with it. So I downgraded from Mojave back to High Sierra, but when I opened Creative Cloud to reinstall Photoshop CC, my plan was gone?

I bought a single app plan for Photoshop and paid $239.88 for it. The transaction went through on Feb 4, and I had been using it all month.

I figured my Adobe Account would remember that I had the plan and I'd just be able to reinstall it, but apparently that wasn't the case.

I really don't want to spend another $200+ on something I already paid for.

I've never done this before so this is all new to me. I'd really really appreciate some help!

The single program subscription costs more than the special Photography subscription, so you may want to contact support to have your plan changed

Any time you make an operating downgrade, you will likely need to do a new install

First, Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems to start clean

Then start over

Download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339

-Mini-FAQ from staff member Jeff A Wright https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1146459

-Also go to https://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud/creative_cloud_faq

Tip: NEVER try to solve a Creative Cloud problem by just "buying it again". You don't buy it, you subscribe. What you'd end up with is two subscriptions, both auto renewing, paying twice over forever! So, always start by checking your account to see if the subscriptions are active, or if there's a problem you need to solve (like credit card expiring).
