Download link in order page leads to "You have no downloads" in download page

I brought the PhotoShop & Premiere Element 11 about 10 days before version 12 was released. I applied for the free upgrade and the upgrade order shows in on order page on 10/1. The download link on the order page however, leads to "Your Downloads" page with "You have now downloads"! I have open case and asked for help. On 10/8 I was told the case was sent to "Senior Team" ! When I did not hear any reply and asked again on 10/14, I was told on 10/6 basically I should just wait and not ask quesiton again. It is now 10/25 and I am still waiting. What I really like to know is how long is the "Senior Team" is backlong wait time and is this really that big a problem?

Alternatively you can try downloading Elements 11 from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.

Thanks for offer to look into the matter. The case # is 0211548512. Just to clarify one thing, I brought the retail version of the Elements 11 and I have the CD. It is the version 12 upgrade of both Elements download and serial numbers that  are missing from the download page.
