Hi I need to find out where I can find my ID to reinstall my photoshop plan as I have to get my lapt

If you still didn't format your laptop, you can:
1. Open the Creative Cloud App (if installed) and click on your profile picture on the top right, your Adobe ID would be there. 
2. If you don't use the Creative Cloud App, Open Photoshop, Click on Help in the Menu Bar and you'll find your Adobe ID between brackets on the right of Sign Out...
If you've already formatted your laptop and don't have access to either app, try searching for "Adobe" in your emails' inboxes, it would be probably there.

your email address (at least, one of them) is your adobe id.  you need that and your password.

do you have both?

you can check them by signing into your account: https://account.adobe.com

What do you mean by ID?

Just sign in to your account and download the CC app:

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Then install your apps from there.
