How can I reinstall Photoshop 5.0?

I only have upgrade licenses since Photoshop 1.0, and i want to reformat my MacPro and put Photoshop 5.0 back on it.

Will I need a non-upgrade license or will it accept my 4.0 license?

I understand that I have to deactivate my license.

thanks,

Pat Paris

Pat I would recommend contacting our support team directly at Contact Customer Care with any e-mail addresses or phone numbers that may have been utilized to register Creative Suite 4 and 5.

Once you have located the applicable serial number you can download the retail installation files at Other downloads.

    Branching to a new discussion.

Pat can you confirm that you are trying to reinstall Photoshop 5.0 as opposed to Photoshop Creative Suite 5?.  You can find a list of your registered products under your account at http://www.adobe.com/.  For complete details see Find your serial number.

I am trying to do this for a client who cannot remember his email for his adobe account. His name is Greg Mathieson. We are trying to reinstall adobe CS4.0 and CS5.0. We are reformatting the system drive and all of his photoshops are upgrades and I want to know if I need a non upgrade serial number to reinstall his system drive.

    Many thanks
