I have been trying to get help with a problem. I cannot get Photoshop 12 to work on my Windows 7 computer. I have spent many hours going around in circles and keep winding up in places like this, which I tried yesterday with no luck. I believe that there must be a simple solution, but I cannot get to anyone who can help me. There are no telephone numbers or email addresses that I can find in the Contact Us section. This should not be so difficult.
I've been trying for days to get help with my photoshop elements 11 which I had purchased over 2 years ago for my HP. ow I have been trying ti get help to install it on my Mac. I have been from phone call to phone call. It seems once they get your money, it's very hard to get help...even with customer service. This is very stressful. I hope you can get help with your issue
I don't know what you tried yesterday but it doesn't appear to have been asking for help since this appears to be your very first posting here. The same goes for the first responder to your post who appears to have only ever posted the one reply you received. If you (both) have a problem that you need help with you need to provide the details of the problem so that either a solution can be provided or you can be directed to a better resource for help.
It's unfortunate that the first responder didn't provide a phone number since there are mentions of phone calls being made, which is one way to talk to someone at Adobe - though it is not likely someone physically at the Adobe headquarters. I don't know any phone numbers to hand out myself.
Another option is to chat with someone. There are different channels available for chat depending on what your problem is. If one of the following looks like a match for your issue then give it a try. If none do, then try describing your issue(s) and maybe someone can help.
Creative Cloud support (all Creative Cloud customer service issues)
http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html ( http://adobe.ly/19llvMN )
Serial number and activation chat support (non-CC)

Get help with orders, refunds, and exchanges (non-CC)

Adobe ID and registration support (non-CC)

I thought that I had posted the original problem yesterday, but that did not work, either.
Thanks for posting the links to the chats. I couldn't find out how to chat with anyone when I looked online. I kept getting back to the same screens over and over. I have to quit now, but I will try to chat with someone tomorrow.
You're welcome. I understand the frustration. Adobe very recently revamped their web site and whether it is deliberate or not they managed to make it nearly impossible to find contact information, including their advertised chat (and other useful info as well). The links I offered were provided to me as an interim help resource while they hopefully add the info into the site and make it easy to find.
I have used Chat in the past, and it seemed quite easy to use. What problem exactly did you experience?
Anyway, there is also a support phone number - I don't know why Adobe makes it so hard to find: 800-833-6687.
Using chat is not the issue, gaining access to it is. If you take a trip thru the customer support scheme of the current web site you will find yourself in an endless loop of being told to go to the forums. To get a chat link requires specific selections that will not apply to people seeking non-CC assistance.
I contacted them on 0800 0280148, like you I spent ages looking for a number or email address and found it. I hope you get your issue sorted.
Given the question was originally posted 7 years ago, I hope so too.
Meantime, I'm going to lock this thread as the information is out of date.
