How to find latest release version numbers?

Where can one find release notes indicating the actual version number for the most recent updates to Creative Cloud apps?

If I go to Photoshop’s page and click on “What’s New” for instance, it only says Photoshop 2018 (version 20.0).  But the actual version shown in my application is 20.0.4.  Where can I go to find actual current version numbers and release dates for all application so I can ensure I am getting the most recent updates?

You can only click "What's New" when there's an update. If CC desktop does not show you any updates then you can't tell whether there should be any. And, unfortunately, it frequently breaks down and stops showing them - at least it does for me. I have to reinstall CC on a semi-regular basis to see updates.

There should be a web page on the adobe site that shows all the latest version numbers (with release notes). That's the kinda thing we're looking for. It doesn't fill one with confidence when I see "Adobe CC 2019" everywhere and yet, in June 2019, the latest version of Photoshop is October 2018.

20.0.4 is the latest dot release to the October 2018 (20.0) version of Photoshop.  Your Creative Cloud desktop app will alert you to updates that are available.  But you don't need to accept them until you're ready for them.   Click the What's New link as shown  in my screeenshot to see what's contained in the update before you install it.
