How to reinstall my photoshop elements 15 to a new computer

I purchased a new computer and would like to download my photoshop elements 15 software download card to my new computer,, I have my serial number already. How do I install it?

Download Elements 15 from Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Install then enter your serial number when requested.

I HAVE JUST INSTALLED A NEW COMPUTER BUT FIND eLEMENTS 15 WAS NOT TRANSFERRED.  i HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER BUT NO DISC AS WAS DONE ELECTRONICALLY.  INSTALLED 4.12 2016

Install then enter your serial number.

It is normal that “Elements 15 was not transferred”. Installing a new computer adds only the operating system. Any application needs to be installed at a later stage.

I would recommend downloading the software and keeping it save on a disk (don't forget the backup). There is a chance that you won't be able to download again after several years.

Do that with all your software, that you download, not only Adobe software.

if you really used a migration tool to try to transfer pse 15 (along with other things), you may have to "clean" that before proceeding. but you may not be able to proceed, at all if you have a new mac computer.

so, what is your os version?

what error message do you see when you try to start your transfered pse 15?

PS Elements 15 is fully 8 versions back from the current release version.  Your new computer & operating system may not support it. 

An investment in new equipment & OS usually requires an upgrade to modern, compatible software.
