Multiple problème Illustrator 2020, Photoshop2020, Premiere 2020 /2018 , After effect 2020/2018

When I open Photoshop 2020, Illustrator2020, Premiere 2020-2018 & after effect 2018-2020 programs. They remember but it hangs. I have to work with the 2017 versions!!!!
Nobody answers me on this forum!
I am too disappointed and I think that I will turn to competition if you do not take into account my problem.

Here is my configuration of my PC:
Processor: Intel Core i7 -6900K CPU 3.20GHz
Graphic Card: 2x 1080 GTX
RAM: 64GB

you're not communicating with adobe when you use their forums.  these are for user-to-user communication.

that said, reset your preferences for each hanging program.
