Just check My credit card balance and I have been paying for creative cloud for two months, which I have no idea how it happend, I go into my account and it tells me that I have the free membership so I can't find the payment to cancel my subscription. I really can't find a way to cancel this service that I don't even have. How do I solve this!!!??
confirm that your account is current (and that the adobe id used in the next step is the correct one) by logging in here and checking your subscription status, https://www.adobe.com/account.html
then, if it is current, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used with the above link: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Did you get back your money?

because this thread is 7 years old, it's possible but unlikely that you'll get a response from the original poster.
but despite the age of this thread, the solution is still basically the same, https://helpx.adobe.com/hk_en/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

Can someone please contact me? I want to reverse the transaction. There's no place I can cancel, no email was sent to me regarding Adobe taking my money, no reference number was given to me, nothing. I have canceled all free trials, how is it that Adobe took my money?

only scammers will contact you - beware!
using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....
p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare.

OK. I will get my money back right? The money was taken yesterday, and I canceled all free trials. But, also no confirmation of money being taken nor reminders of cancellations, nothing was sent bt Adobe? Especially when I opted for you guys to send me emails.

i do not know the specifics of your agreement and i do not know the timing of your agreement, so i do not know what you can expect.
but if you've been the target of fraud and someone's comprimised your credit card, you should be protected by the financial instituation that issued your card.
if you inadvertently subscribed, you may or may not get all your money back.
you need to discuss with your card issuer if this a fraudulent purchase, and with adobe if this was inadvertent.

Just so you know, this is not Adobe Customer Support. This is a user-to-user forum. For the most part, no one here has access to Adobe's back office systems.
