Problems with Creative Cloud Installer - Password

I try to open the Creative Cloud Installer to install it but jumps a screen that says "Creative Cloud Installer want to make changes. Enter your password to allow this operation." The application automatically writes me a username (my personal name) but none of the passwords that I write is correct.

    Hi Francisco,

    Creative Cloud Installer want to make changes enter your password to allow this operation, this is a computer message and it needs your Mac password to allow the installation, hence please enter your computer/mac password here.
