The installer file be alarm unsafe by EDR software.

VMWare CarbonBlock EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) found all installer did not have same SHA-256 and did not signed by Adobe, it will be block and not be download.

Any one have same problem like me?

example: creative_cloud_set-up.exe

Yang_Chen what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using? There is no membership associated with the e-mail adddress you used to post to this public discussion forum.

I manage 50 above CCT account, and this problem is trouble me, can you help?

Our EDR vendor is report to me, the not fixed SHA-256 key and no signed, Will be a file that hackers like to use, 
We are very worried and afraid.
