Trotz Creative Cloud Abo kommt beim Start jeder Anwendung "Kostenloses Probe-Abo beginnen"

Hallo zusammen,

ich verzweifele, seit gestern kommt plötzlich bei kommt beim Start jeder der Anwendungen/Applikationen "Kostenloses Probe-Abo beginnen", OBWOHL ich seit 2013 ohne Unterbrechung eine Creative Cloud Abo habe.

Ich benötige die Anwendungen dringend und weiß nicht, was ich tun soll. Das Abo wird regelmäßig monatlich abgebucht und die nächste Rate ist eh noch nicht fällig.

Hier zum Beispiel ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR 2022

Betriebssystem MAC OS 12.4
