Unable to see my products in my account "We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again."

I get the following message when I look at my Adobe-account "We are unable to load all your plans & products. Please try again.". (Has been going on for a week now)

Any ideas on how to solve it?

I have tried Safari on Mac and Explorer on Windows, same problem
