Upgrading Account [How to switch from Photography Plan to Single App Illustrator?]

Currently I am paying $9.99/month for the basic account. I want to upgrade to using only Illustrator. So how would that work? Do I get double charged for upgrading or does that somehow refund me a difference?

Before you cancel anything, read your terms of service agreement.   There is a penalty fee for early cancellation of annual plans.

Adobe Subscription and Cancellation Terms | Adobe

The basic Photography Plan bundle costs USD $10/month for 12 months and includes:

  • 20 GB of Cloud Storage space,
  • Photoshop CC,
  • LR Classic,
  • LR CC,
  • Bridge,
  • Camera Raw,
  • Adobe Portfolio/Behance web sites
  • Plus other perks, mobile apps and online services.

To add 1 year of Illustrator would cost an extra $21/month. 

Month-to-month plans are also available for slightly more per month but you can cancel anytime without penalty.
