Can an enterprise license be used on the same laptop as a personal photography plan license? User was doing this until a recent hardware upgrade.

It's the "Photography Plan (20GB)". User prefers Lightroom Classic.

Thing is, the licences coexisted peacefully before the motherboard swap.

I checked into this scenario of having two Adobe IDs logged in at once further and no, you are only supposed to be able to use one Adobe ID logged in at a time.  If you manage to get more than one logged in at a time then it would be considered an unsupported configuration.

What kind of "hardware upgrade"?

Sorry, wasn't an upgrade. Motherboard was replaced.

Using Acrobat DC prompts for a login with enterprise account. Then using e.g., Lightroom, the user is logged out from his personal Adobe ID and it goes into trial mode. Same happens the other way around.

Question is: Can both logins co-exist? User reports that they did before the hardware replacement.

Thanks for responding.

So next question which photography plan is this?  There are three of them ( Photography plan with 1TB of cloud storageLightroom CC plan, and Creative Cloud All Apps ) and only one, the last one, allows Acrobat DC because that is what the plan provisions when logged in.
