For me the links are on the right hand side (a fair way down I admit) after I log into https://creative.adobe.com ... under a heading of 'IT Deployment' ... you don't see this?

I'm an admin on our Creative Cloud for Teams subscription, perhaps that's a factor..?

Thank you, bro. Yes, I belive the reason is I am not an admin of Creative Cloud.

But how to become an admin?

That's one of the fundamental flaws in Creative Cloud's implementation...folks like us who are responsible for deploying the software don't have access.

The term "admin" in this case appears to be administration of usage, not adminstration of the environment.

We've made Adobe aware and I'm certain there are discussions about this, hopefully it'll get sorted out before our many production folks get restless.

A proposal was to provide deployment certification including access to the required tools. I'm all for that.

Guys,

Anyone can be added as a admin for a Creative Cloud Team. In some cases it is procurement who receive the initial e-mail in other instances it is IT but either way whoever has the access can just desinate an additional admin and then you will see Creative Cloud Packager. Regarding access for IT admins who are not Team Customers this may be something we look in to at some point so that we can get feedback from the community.

Cheers
