Can't login to any app through Google.

I'm having an issue where myself nor anyone in my school district is able to log into Photoshop Express, Lightroom, or any other Adobe app though Google.  We can log in with a web browser but when we go to log in on our iPads it says "An error occurred while logging in.  Please try again after some time."  Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated

Hi @obP120,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that you have an active VIP contract with an All Apps for K-12 – Shared Device License subscription.

Please let me know if you require any assistance regarding this subscription. Kindly note that Shared Device Licensing (SDL) is specifically designed for labs and shared environments, where multiple users access Adobe applications on the same devices. The license is assigned to a device or computer, rather than an individual user.

If your requirement involves dedicated users, we recommend deploying Named User Licensing (NUL) instead, which provides individual users with personalized access to Adobe apps and services.

If you are experiencing this issue with a different subscription associated with another Adobe ID, please share the relevant details with me via private message, so I can assist you accordingly. You can find instructions on sending a private message here: Adobe Community Guide.

Looking forward to your response.

Regards,

^AN

We are using shared iPads.  It's affecting an digital art class's set of iPads.  No one in the district can log in to any of the Adobe apps on these iPads.

Hi @RobP120,

Please note that Shared Device Licenses (SDL) are specifically designed for lab machines and unfortunately, they are not compatible with iPads. For Federated IDs, access to mobile apps on shared devices is limited to Adobe Express Premium applications only if the user has been provided an Adobe Express premium entitlement.

Please let us know if you have any additional queries.

Regards,
^AN
