How do I get a claim number in order to transfer my adobe acrobat to my new laptop?

I saw that I can make the transfer, but can't seem to get to anyone in order to get the claim number to start the process and complete the form.  The links just keep taking me to more links.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
