Our school is new to Adobe and we have no idea how to get this installed properly so that it works!

How do I use this?

Seriously, getting Adobe products to work appears to be different than anything else! Sorry if this offends anyone, but I simply do not understand how to do this. We have Creative Cloud ENT and Captivate with multiple serial numbers. How do I go about getting this installed on our lab computers and parts of it on some admin computers? Some serious help is needed here! Please!
