Paid for photoshop online but never received a receipt and can't access it

New Here ,

I'm based in Fiji but bought the software from Adobe NZ website as their isn't one here. I didn't receive a receipt and don't seem to be able to access anything resembling photoshop.

The purchase has been registered on my credit card statement though. I can't seem to call the 800 number given as the contact......perhaps due to being overseas.

Any thoughts on how I can get some help to sort this out??

Hi,

You can download Photoshop from here Buy Adobe Photoshop CC | Download photo editing software free trial

Once downloaded you should just need to sign in to the application with your Adobe ID - normally your email address, plus the password you set up.

If you sign into the Adobe website with your Adobe ID you can check your account there also.

If you run into any problems check the links here: Adobe Photoshop Learn & Support
