Hi, I am trying to sysprep my Win10 Image and we get this error message.

We have the Adobe CC Suite Installed and are using the Shared Device LIcensing Model

“SYSPRP Package Adobe.CC.XD_32.2.22.2_x64__adky2gkssdxte was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image”

Any thoughts, suggestions?

Hi Again,

Here's our official documentation that lists down the Adobe XD deployment process and its limitations.

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/deploy-adobe-xd-known-issues.html

The logged-off deployment process would depend on which deployment tool you're using. Here's a thread, for example, on Microsoft SCCM forums that talks about logged off deployment:

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/60095131-be67-4b1d-aff3-7589e9e2fec0/application-deployment-type-when-user-is-logged-in-or-not?forum=configmanagerapps

Since this is not an Adobe specific behavior, we don't have any direct instructions on how this can be achieved.

If you don't need the XD UWP app, just uninstall it via Powershell:

Get-AppxPackage *Adobe.CC.XD* | Remove-AppxPackage

You'll be able to sysprep just fine after that.

Hi There,

Adobe XD is a UWP app and this is in line with the behavior of UWP apps as set by Microsoft. If it is deployed to any client machine, it is only available for the user account that was used for deploying the app.

The only workaround here (to make it available for all users) is to deploy Adobe XD in a logged off state (in the System Context).

Unfortunately, there's not much in our control here because this behavior is controlled by Microsoft and not us.

Hi Ankit,

Thank you for replying!  Do you have instructions or step by step guide how to deploy Adobe XD in Logged off State?

I can't seem to find these steps.

Thanks,
