I would like to place the ruler at a very small angle but I cannot seem to rotate it to say 1 degrees, the minimum is 2 degrees (and then going up 2.1, 2.2 etc). But when trying to go for 1.9, it automatically snaps to 0 degrees.
It is doable! BUT not easy!
If you turn off the Precision snapping in the grid. (Not sure if that's required, but it did help me succeed)
Then zoom in as far as the app will let you and still show the ruler, then you can more .1 increments.
It's not practical, it's not easy, but it can be done.
I think a suggestion on UserVoice to allow us to set the ruler angle via the Grid Precision tab, (or somewhere you would find more practical) might be a very helpful thing.

I wonder if its a little bug in the programming that makes it difficult, like the little quirks Apple has with the temperature in their weather app, due to some quirks with the conversion between Farenheit and Celcius.
