I'm experiencing this issue long time ago, but now it really bothered me whenever I use the Minus Front and Shape Builder tool. The issue is whenever I use the Minus Front and Shape builder tool in removing excess shapes with the curves, there is always a line appearing on the deleted shape. Sometimes it is not visible but when you lower the opacity of the shape, you can see the annoying outline stroke. Also, sometimes the line appear at the edge (see image attached).
I'm currently using the latest Adobe Illustrator 2022 and iMac (BigSur OS)

It's probably the Illustrator GPU pest.
Does it look better if you turn on the CPU preview in the View menu?

Yes, it is look better when I switch to CPU preview, but illustrator seems too slow when it is turned on especially when i'm zooming, there's a 1 sec delay. Is there any solution for GPU preview to back in normal?

chanaart,
of course, it is a known fact that the GPU Preview issues do not appear on all machines. But they appear on many other machines.
Approximately thousands of complaints have been posted in this forum since the GPU Preview had been introduced in Illustrator, no matter what operating systems are being used. The issue is real.
