I can not create new blank file in Illustrator. / Não consigo criar novo arquivo em branco no illustrator.

I have already uninstalled the antivirus, I have already reinstalled the illustrator and nothing.

Try and open the Preferences > General. Active the option "Legacy New Document Dialog"

Nothing happens in truth. No window, no warning appears. Only an empty window appears when I click create new file.

Nada acontece na verdade. Nenhuma janela, nem aviso aparece. Apenas uma janela vazia aparece quando clico em criar novo arquivo.
