Hi,
I'm currently creating my portfolio as a graphic designer.
I would like to add a catalog as an open book so the viewer can navigate between the pages after export.
I know how to do the whole portfolio as a flipping page effect, I would like to create a page in my portfolio including more than one book with arrows on the sides.
I hope you got my point and would be able to help/advise me.
is it possible to create this option in InDesign?

There are a number of third-party apps that convert PDFs into page turning effects, such as: https://www.paperturn.com

Arrow on the sides appear automatically when you use File > Publish Online.

You want to embed a PDF flipbook in another document? If I understand that correctly, I can't think of any way to do that. It sounds like you need a website.

I have lots of pdf/catalogs, and I want to present them in my portfolio same shown in the above image.
is there any possible way to do it? third plugin? or I can do it from the Indesign itself? or create it in another application and then to import it into Indesign? I'm open to any solution that will give me the result I want.

One way you could try. You could create an interactive PDF from InDesign consisting of a page with images of the specimen spreads or covers for each catalogue. These could be used as button hyperlinks to a number of InDesign Publish Online documents which would be the different catalogues. The PDF could be circulated to recipients as an attachment.
