Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you are unable to publish the document in InDesign. Could you please confirm if this is happening with a specific file or all files? The error says to check your internet connection. Maybe get closer to the hub? Run a test to see what speed your internet is running www.speed test.net

    I have already said I have tried on several different wifis from different internet providers and all the same result so it must be a different issue
