Indesign CC 2019 missing plugin

I have just installed Indesign CC 2019 and I could not activate the auto activate fonts plugin in suitcase fusion 9.

When looking for the plugin in my Indesign application folder, I found that the plugins folder was empty.

Any clues?

I have the same problem and auto activation is not working either. (reinstalled cc2019 and fusion 9 a few times)

The extensis support isn't responding since 2 weeks! its a tragedy! i'm on windows 10 (1809)

Same here, but with SF paid and upgraded to 9... as usual with Extensis, not any clue about why doesn't work, even with te new CC 2019 compatibility plugins installed (the sole reason why I'm stil a captive user of their too often useless and buggy plugin)

I'm using it since SF5 because I've still haven't found a decent alternative for Windows to manage fonts through Adobe CC ecosystem... since then, lots of errors with fonts, making me lose time looking for solutions on Google, uninstalling and reinstalling Suitcase to solve issues, months waiting for bug corrections and updates, missing information on a Extensis website covered only with abstract colourful pictures of buildings, success testimonials and all sorts of hype.

Seriously, if you find better alternatives to SF, try them… paying $59.95 yearly only to get irregular Adobe CC compatibility is not a good invest (SF9 interface has the same same old issues, no user experience improvements and no important feature additions)

Have you checked with Extensis? Their support, IME, is excellent.

Quick question: Did you upgrade Windows 10 to 1809? If so, I would uninstall Suitcase and reinstall it.

In my case, installed and reinstalled SC a couple of times... deleted manually all the Extensis 2018 plugins left inside CC plugin folders... reboot Windows 10 (v1803)... all with a cost of almost 5 hours. After it, a nice blank Suitcase tab as you can see below. Solution: uninstall Suitcase 2019 and reinstall Suitcase 2018 again, and then, reinstall again CC 2018 suite... and wait to find a solution elsewhere in Google. They had only one job to do in one year: to keep working Suitcase inside Adobe CC ecosystem.

And no... I still haven't checked with Extensis... right now I'm feeling too much upset to talk to anyone. Each year the same old story… and always promising my self to not pay for a Suitcase upgrade anymore.

I haven’t installed the upgrade to SF yet but in 8 there’s an Edit > Manage Plugin command. I suspect it will be in the same place in SF9.

I tried that, but it states that the Indesign CC 2019 Plugin is not installed and is therefore greyed out.

Suitcase won't let me install the missing plugins either and I assume that's because it is not available in the Indesign application package. As mentioned before, the plugins folder is empty.
