Anyone else having issue with InDesign review links not working today? I have sent out a few and reviewers are getting this message. Other programs seem to be working fine.

Someone from Adobe should be getting on this. Im seeing this all over the place from varying designers I know now. Its not a good look with clients this going down so badly.

Sort ya s*** out seriously. Trying to share a review link to my team where the link has been working for the past couple weeks has all of a sudden started coming up with Error 404 Asset Not Found Try checking the URL or visit a different page. I have tried everything. Unistalled and re-installed inDesign, logged in and out of creative cloud, created a new link which came up with the same error, opened the link in incognito which worked for me but not my team, updated all apps, cleared all cache. The asset is literally sitting in my Review Links folder online and it still doesn't open.
This error isn't new, it's been happening for years how the heck has it not been fixed.
Sharing for review needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL!! Such a terrible process right now.

Thank goodness have been pulling my hair out trying to resolve this - started yesterday with not allowing guest access and wanted login with AdobeID
Today no links working all give a 404. The links are visible in Creative Cloud account... clicking any gives the 404 even for myself when logged in!!!
Adobe need to put something out on socials about this save others hours of faffing around

There is a complete lack of communication when stuff like this happens. Adobe have all our email addresses, just put out an email to all to highlight there is an issue. Instead we are all independently fighting to resolve, not knowing it is a global issue! ADOBE, keep your paying customers up to date and happy please!

UPDATE - 3 Oct 2025 9.50am NZT.
Link seems to be back up and running with comments working too however, have read reports that comments aren't syncing with pin locations so will be keeping an eye on that. Seems to be all working atm. If you have been logged into the cloud for the past couple days try signing out and signing back in.

If you still have the issue, try to clear your browser cache. Will it make a difference?

@Anubhav M the 404 Error is gone, but the links from all comments attached to text changes are missing and also the tools for highlighting, deleting and replacing tex are missing:
I see the page navigation part has moved to the center bottom of the document and is changed to a dark bar, so I guess all these problems have to do with an update which has gone wrong and is still not working the way it should. Please fully fix it or go back to the way it was if that is not possible within a few hours.

Okay - it's the next day (10/03/25). I have logged out of the Creative Cloud, cleared my cache, and restarted my computer. 404 error is indeed gone, but Share for Review still isn't working right. The comments display in the sidebar, but there are no markers on the document - the strikethroughs, highlights, and pins are all gone.
Also, all of the useful tools are missing - the only thing I have are the pin and pencil tools.
We have almost 200 documents in Share for Review at this time, which is a year's worth of work.
We need this to work correctly!
@Anubhav M , Is there a fix in the works for this?
If not, can Adobe just ditch the update and go back to the way it was?

It's crucial this feature is fixed for me. I'm mid-project.
Also there was a handy Share button — that's gone too (along with a bunch of other UI elements). Now I have to back out of Share for Review and locate the file, click options on the thumbnail and 'Copy link'. This is not great.
Also that dark bar is in the way. Fine for previewing but great for proofing.

Note: Clearing your browser cache may remove saved settings and require re-login on some sites.
